Refund policy
At Mohana's Design we value the support you show us by purchasing our products and it is on our top priority to bring you the best quality products we can, but unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange on a product has been purchased and opened unless the product itself is faulty, which is rare because we strive to make sure each product made and packaged well.
We can accept returns for damaged or defective goods only. These returns must be processed within 7 days of you receiving the product.
If you feel you have received a faulty/defective product, please email us at mohanasdesign@gmail.com for further instructions.
The cost to return items to mohanasdesign.com is the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using the original packaging to return your product to us. Once the item is received we will process the return.
Your refund will be processed within 10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your return has been processed. Once your return has been processed, a refund may take up to 7-10 days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
